awesome video! when i used to work with kids one of my favorite things was teaching them music - i used to play guitar and have them sing cat stevens and graham parsons songs along with me. i
was a big tori amos fan in high school, but i don't recognize this song at all... it must be from one of her newer records?
I was hoping for "Waitress" ,but "1000 Oceans" is a good song. YY it is from "to Venus and Back" I think it was released while I was in high school. Like 2000ish.
yeah im old. i graduated in 1995 -- i think under the pink was the newest album of hers at that time. which is basically when i stopped listening to her. boys for pele had its good songs as
well, but after that i moved on to other stuff. now i prefer to listen to the three ladies that really inspired her: laura nyro (my absolute favorite), joni mitchell and kate bush. if you
like tori and you haven't listened to any of these women you will LOVE them. i highly recommend checking out laura nyro especially. she blends the gospel and singer-songwriter thing really
well, like tori does.
So adorable! I love the girl in the front with the fingerless gloves. And the soloist is such a ham! It is so cute!
1What I love is how into it all the kids are. They are really feeling the music.
